We have tried to keep this as simple as possible. All products are sold under a site license.

You are enjoined from reselling, lending, or distributing any portion of these templates in any form.
That is, you may not resell or distribute FMStarter Products (or derivative works based upon them) as templates or in such a way that they could be considered templates or in such a way that they would compete with FMStarter Products.
Products are sold under single site licenses. You may integrate the products into your own solution and deploy a single instance of that solution at a single site (there are no per-seat restrictions at that site and you don't need to purchase one copy per user). If you'd like to run more than one copy of a product at your site, you'd need additional licenses for each instance of the product file.
Limited Warranty for FMStarter Products
FMStarter.com and Mark Jeffords warrants for a period of 30 days that FMSTARTERS.COM Products will perform substantially as described on this web site. As the software is designed to be modified by the licensee, FMStarters.com and Mark Jeffords can provide no warranty as to its suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. You sole remedy under this warranty is the refund of the purchase price of the FMStarter Product(s).
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY FMSTARTERS.COM AND MARK JEFFORDS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR OTHER TERMS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (WHETHER COLLATERALLY, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR OTHER TERMS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS. FMSTARTER.COM AND MARK JEFFORDS TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER NOT EXCLUDED ABOVE HOWSOEVER CAUSED (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, UNDER STATUTE OR OTHERWISE HOWSOEVER ARISING) WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF U.S. $5.00 OR THE MONEY PAID TO FMSTARTERS,COM OR MARK JEFFORDS FOR THE SOFTWARE THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGES. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES PROVISION SHALL BE ENFORCED INDEPENDENTLY OF AND SURVIVE THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY WARRANTY REMEDY.
